Liren, I have an account with Schwab for years and have always found their service to be excellent. I don't find the following statement you wrote to be credible:

Schwab's commissions may be high, but they bend over backwards to please their customers.

If you can't get satisfaction, there are many other brokerage firms out there to chose from. You and Dan don't have axes to grind, do you?
