I was in C-Springs last week and saw a couple of articles on Ramtron in the daily paper. Here's one of them for the record. gazette.com It appears the good news is Fujitsu to rescue. Fujitsu will contribute $12 million in equipment to Ramtron and $1 million per quarter to develop new FRAM technology. The bad news is, Fujitsu will own the technology that Ramtron turns out under the agreement. Don't forget, we are talking about the next generation FRAM. Talk about prostrating yourself to save your job! BTW, I see Sikes is still CEO. Further down in the article, Joanna mentions two proposals to restructure the company. Anybody know what she is talking about? I was aware of a vote on the reverse split, but that was it. As for restructuring, I would be in favor of moving Sike's and Jones' offices into stalls #1 and #2 in the men's room so we can get some kick-ass guys in there to do just that.
