I agree with what you say.....and I feel the Form 10 is important, but there is other information which is also important. They have released financials in the past. This being done publicly sets a stage of responsibility to those issuing it. It may have minor imperfections, but gross errors they would be held accountable for. Though Colin has made a few errors, I haven't seen actions I would call gross errors, so I see those financials as relevant and meaningful.

There is also the matter of the companies GW is distributing for. Many are major brand names and would not be involved with a disreputable company. Those names add to the list of plausable information.

So though we anxiously await the Form 10, when it does come it will simply be a reinforcement of what we already are informed of, in my opinion. There should be additional information in it that should add more details to answer some of the questions I have heard asked though.
