Hello Buzz....Have followed this company from its infancy. Watched it run to five dollars a share soon after it came public two years ago. At that time they only had about five million in sales and plenty red ink. The stock plunged to the $1.50 and by this all the cash was now in other places. Had to pass on it this time. They started their aquisition binge and before I knew it the stock had returned once again to the $ 5.00 area. The red ink continued and the stock price once again fell below the $ 2.00 level. This time I was ready and I leaped in head first. This stock in the last two years has traded between 1.50 and 5.00+ with no profitible quarters to date. Next quarter they expect to show a nice profit. If this is true the share price should have a nice run. Hopefully above the 6 to 7 dollar level. Two years ago I spoke with one of the company officall and he was very honest with me, saying that it would be a long period of time until the company would show a profit. He stated that when they had a long range plan, and through strategic aqusitions they would grow a powerful turf and forage company. Their goal is to be the largest in the country. So far everything he said then has been exactly what they have strived towards. Personally I believe they will do exactly as they have planed. Look for the stock price to rise into the double digets in the next 12 to 18 months if not sooner. Earnings in the $ 2.00 range in the year 2001 and the stock tradeing in the 30 to 50 dollar range at that time. REMEMBER/// they have practually no competition at this time and have aquired 11 new companies in the past two years. A STEAL AT THIS PRICE///// ARCHIE
