Before the shareholders meeting I sent a private email to Zeev requesting a list of questions from him to ask at the meeting. He never responded. Too bad, that is probably an indication of his real motives which is to bash this good company. He doesn't really want to hear what the Officers have to say. He would rather lump Valence into a pile with other R&D companies who have gone down the tubes. Valence has been at this for ten years and it looks like that work is about to pay off.

FRB and Lev have both stated that financing is not a problem. Who should we believe FRB and Lev... or Zeev and Larry.

Zeev has educated this thread on the risks of floorless financing. If he is right and the issues raised prove to be the demise of Valence he can pat himself on the back and say I told you so. On the flip side he may have scared or bullied a lot investors into dropping their candy for that you can also thank Zeev.
