If malicious intent can be proven then yes you can legally be held accountable for passing along libelous posts and links that lead to such posts.That is Law and any competent legal counsel will tell you this.In this case, in light of all the posts MoneyMade and yourself and others have made I do not think Mr Tilton's legal counsel will have to much trouble proving your intentions. As for the foolish profanity issue I was just throwing your own back at you!The difference is our intent which is clearly to expose you and MoneyMade and others who post libel against T A P and the companies we represent and to influence people to report your illegal acts to the SEC. It is now also our intent to let legal counsel review the matter and take whatever necessary action they suggest.Still waiting for an apology Mate! Do not make the same mistake MoneyMade has and make things 10 times worse for yourself!
