Mark: Zeev intentionally doesn't call management from any company because he implicitly doesn't trust them. It's a Zeevian rule that he obeys almost without exception. I recently saw him make an exception once, on PROG, and I ribbed him about it on the thread.

If you knew Zeev's investment style, you would know this. Obviously you don't.

You also don't know how uncannily accurate he has been when making "calls" about companies that used these specific types of financial instruments.

Want proof? Ask some of the one-thread wonders at the old IPMCF thread, or the AKSEF thread, or the ABACF thread, etc., etc.
