Susan , It was a multiple choice test, you failed! Sorry, it would seem that you are not adept at either psychoanalysis nor providing investment information. I notice you did not even attempt to show why Mr. LeBlanc's letter might be interpreted as encouraging... typical of CaML hypsters I am afraid!
