That would probably be Battelle. They have a page here: battelle.org I don't find a link to the study you mention, however. Although it has nothing to do with anything, it's a bit of interesting trivia that one of Battelle's research centers is located just a few blocks from the house where Bill Gates grew up in Seattle's Laurelhurst neighborhood.
