Get real! Do you really think this was Bill Clinton's fault? I feel sorry for you if you do. It's easy for people who did not experience WWII to be so generous of their opinions. IMO we should have stepped in and done something a long time ago while the Serbs were butchering the Bosnians. FWIW somebody should have been paid a long time ago to put a bullet into Molosvich's head years ago. It is no different than with Sadaam. We will spend millions of dollars and many lives will be lost when the biggest "root" of the problem lays on the lap of one evil man.
