Thanks for the link, but I have to admit that I don't see any connection. Are you saying that LiPoly batteries have "little commercial value"? I certainly hope that that is not your point. Or are you saying that winning awards and signing contracts for undisclosed dollar amounts makes a company a sham? Winning awards for technology or products is a good thing. Signing contracts for undisclosed amounts or terms is suspect, and my experience has shown that there is usually a good reason why the terms were not disclosed. VLNC has not announced any contracts where the financial terms were not disclosed. What contract are you referring to? Delphi? I'll be happy to waste 20 minutes of my time educating you on the terms of the Delphi deal if you can't find them yourself. The terms were fully disclosed in press releases and SEC filings including the last five years of annual reports. Happy hunting!
