HE SPECULATED THAT INVESTORS ARE EXPECTING NEWS AT THEIR 5/16/96 ANNUAL MEETING. THE COMPANY IS SPENDING ABOUT 1 MILLION DOLLARS A MONTH AND HAD ONLY 4 MILLION CASH ON HAND. RICHARD LOCKIE
