Joe, I have seen this as early as October. Then a WSJ reporter contacted me and asked whether I either have connections to that or took part in this "game"... I declined both. I nerver heard about it again and then forgot about it. Interesting that this has hungarian links, so guys be warned, as the mob controls a vast part of the hungarian economy.
