"As you said, Armstrong is more accurate then Kaplan." What a joke. For years Armstrong has been calling for a move in silver to well under $4 an oz. Everytime silver drops to $5 an oz he declares this to be the prelude to the big move down. He's never been right once. More accurate than Kaplan? Ha.
