Michael: I have always found the IPJ group to be very tight lipped. This is likely another of those times IMO. Your conclusions are the same as mine. Any other postulations I make with regard to the IPJ offer to buyout DAYK only make the picture look better. My converstions with their IR on a number of occasions also have promises of information before the formalities of the share deal are released. Only hitch is the signing of the COWs but patience will pay off, no use having all of the information and then try to buy in after the news is released. I also have positions in both companies.
