You and Dan don't have axes to grind, do you? Not at all. You know the old saying, "fool me once shame on you, fool my twice shame on me". If you can't get satisfaction, there are many other brokerage firms out there to chose from Did exactly that and am very happy with Protrade. Executions are just as good and the commission rate can't be beat. When trading bb's 1k to 10k blocks are commonplace. I don't trade often enough to warrant special pricing so schwab was no long the answer for me. Example 1K flip with Schwab online (Schwab Now?) $90 -20% disc = $72 each side or $144 total. Protrade 12 bucks flat each side total $24. $120.00 savings for the exact same transaction. Thats TWO trades!! If their service is worth that much to you I've got some oceanfront lots in Tuscon for sale !
