I'm not sure how it came down, they sure ain't going to release any radio traffic for awhile, which would give a major hint. Could be mechanical, a lucky hit, and there are radar that can get "sort of a fix" on it. If there were several radar getting sort of a fix it would narrow the window of where to saturate with AAA. These are subsonic aircraft - you don't want sonic booms sounding behind you. -ng-

We just have to wait and GodSpeed to the pilot, if he is alive he has a bit more to worry about than where the market is going. I saw one a couple years ago on an airfield, although I couldn't look in the cockpit. That's about all I want to say about it. -g-
