Richard/Thread well, had the PC running smooth as silk then something was corrupted. Not sure what happened but I was unable to open web pages. To make a long story short my ISP technician fixed it so I can now surf web, problem is I have no idea what he did and I am left to reconfigure the programs and hardware. First question: My settings tab under "display" in control panel only has one choice for colors, that being "16 color". I need to know what I need to do to add the other choices. Second Question: my internal modem is not being found. I am using my backup external but really prefer the internal. How do i force this to be found. Third question is more of a recommendation: Backup, Backup, Backup. Lost all important emails and address book along with other minor items I had not thought to save. IT IS BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY.
