Dear Jay: Pick up the phone on Monday and call cybertrader and ask them whether the feature they have in their program that prevents you to "sweep the street" or send a subscription only Island order so that you can take advantage of Island's liquidity without subjecting yourself to NASDAQ's rule against locking the market. I also suggest that you consult the Island site and check out the examples that they to explain their execution process. Unfortunately, cybertrader's additional feature prevents you from taking advantage of that feature which I mentioned in my earlier note. I will not bother to respond to the comments made in the earlier response to your question. Please also ask them about the 4 or 5 minute delay in their hi and low and approaching hi and low list. I think asking someone at cybertrader like Brian or Mark will provide you with the proper answer. Let me know. I am 100% certain that cybertrader program won't let you do that. I have learned this the hard way. Ask cybertrader before you risk your money! good luck
