hi jd..i am currently using cybertrader and have been for past 9 months or so. Basically i'm satisfied with them. Their tech support is great and they seem to be very customer oriented..at least thats been my experience. I first started with abwatley(a realtick program) very unhappy. Then switched to the executioner (also a realtick program) very unhappy (est). Then to cyber..and compared to others its been the best for me anyway. Still have problems with internet connection (isdn line..pacbell) and cyber has problems also but the are the best at helping to solve them. I believe we all suffer the same problems and none of them are perfect but based on the state of the art for this stuff i'm basically happy with cyber..mainly because of the support. I enjoy your comments..i also live in L A area ie san fernando valley..calabasas.
