Yes, I see. This whole thing is a conspiracy by Bill Clinton.

Get real. The Saudis agreed on production cuts for their own good (and BTW something that was good for the domestic US oil production industry). If you think the Saudis "aren't owed any favors" you miss the point. The Saudis have been friendly to American big oil interests for how long now? And who has this favored? Get a clue!
