Krishna: One or two year is a very long time for this stock. Philippe's track record is bumpy but impressive. I think he never been in the company for more than 3-4 years. Also he has a track record of merging or selling the company. As of now VRTY danced and dined with big guys like Lotus, NSCP etc., My prediction is that something will happen within a year which give the stock holders some financial relief. Until then to stop bleeding you have to lick the wounds. I use to lick my wounds when I held VRTY.

Apologize for my gross analogy but it is true.
