No. Subject - verb - object -- prepositional phrase. One of the most common constructions in English.

Notice that you used it twice in your compound sentence at the end of your note:

<<Soon, he'll have relations with that country, and he'll be putting the li'l trooper in that woman.>>

(where did the woman come from?)
