Yes there are 30 million shares outstanding.

Where they all are, I'm not sure.

I do know Don owns 900,000 shares then add his options. Then the other management people gives you maybe 3 million shares.

Barbara said that during the annual meeting, management had roughly 3 million voting shares which was the majority of voting shares there.

If you add up probably 6 to 8 people I know, it is definately over 3 million shares.

My concern is who holds the remainder. There are lots of small holders but. Are there one or two unknown parties holding a major stake. With management owning less than 10 percent, a takeover would be very easy.

I don't like that scenerio.

Full value for TSIS won't happen from a buyout. It will happen from growing TSIS revenues and earnings at 200% per year for the next few years.
