The Europeans have a long term approach concerning Diamond Exploration. Mauritania is a docile country. As far as I know, the government wants mining. From the e-mail I received from a resident of Mauritania last night, I would as well judge that they are willing to
advance mining for the betterment of the country. A positve letter and
my thanks go to Ismail for taking the time to send it.
