Considering Sims has 2,266,327 shares as of 4/6/98, selling 125,000 or 250,000 shares seems to be moderate. Almost all CEO's sell their shares on a regular basis. Michael Dell has been very busy as DEll shares have fallen 70% in the last couple months.

I have not owned CATP directly for a couple years, however I do own SFE which in turn owns over 8 mil shares of CATP. With their internet focus, SFE has been going straight up. I plan to put some of those profits into CATP as it seems appropriate to take profits.
