well, I have to say you are making this interesting, usually I trade a stock and then move on until it shows up on some scan again in the future

but I think I will follow up this time, you are presenting a challenge of sorts. actually TA is a lot like telling the weather, it only works when you can open the window and stick your head outside and see what it's doing

so, I think that from here NEON can do two things, either it can actually go up, or it can LOOK like it is going up while it forms something called a flag or pennant

a flag or pennant is a continuation pattern, and right now the continuation would be down

so, next week will tell the tale -- I feel kinds of phoney taking an interest in a stock without any money on the table, but like any good weatherman, I am not predicting nothin' until I can stick my head out the window and see with my own eyes - right now it's foggy
