Gary: Your IPO comments were very helpful. As a platinum signature member, I've had some frustrating experiences just trying to get through on the phone with the IPO representatives -- the lines seem always busy -- no matter what time I call. How do you get through? I've been told the only way to place an IPO order is by calling but that they're working on an "online" approach (there are legal hassles involved or some such). I even wrote a letter to Charles Schwab himself about the problem and an IPO exec later called me. In that particular case, I got a 100 shares of the specific IPO (INSP) which turned out fine -- I still hold it. Any comments or thoughts would be greatly appreciated as I've been frustrated trying to get through recently again. Thanks! Guy E. Fleming
