I personally support the call for sending in NATO ground troops. Only with a full out decisive response can we stop the madness. Mr. Milosevic should be captured, tried for war crimes and jailed for the rest of his miserable life. I'm afraid that Clinton will only approach it with a half-baked solution. I'm against war in principal, but, sometimes one has to use force to stop a tyrant.
