ICOM is at a 52 week low. A communications equipment provider with a great future. Landing contracts with municipalities for infrastructure, contracts with airports and mass transit needs. Also has big sales with companies like Lucent Technologies (possible suitor). Sooner or later this value BUY will be rewarding.
