Should we throw rice? Mr. GENO, you have broken the first rule of trading. . . never marry a stock. Then you broke the first rule of trading OTC stocks. . . never buy a stock that doesn't report its financial or other pertinent information to the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission. By NOT reporting, they can claim whatever they wish via press releases, "leaks", investor relations or otherwise.
They can say that they expect to make 6 billion dollars this year and are projecting the next quarter's revenues to be 3.20, are planning a 2 for 1 stock split and paying a 2.00 dividend to shareholders. . .but guess what? It doesn't mean a thing if they don't file with SEC. They are comitting fraud if they file, and can be prosecuted by federal agencies. But by not reporting, all you can do is file a class action civil suit, like the many thousands here on SI that have done so in the past.
Here is a link, I feel you should post on your thread. It demonstrates the overall feeling behind some of the largest "investors" in PNLK. biz.yahoo.com
Most all the names are foreign and it would be my bet that these sales stem from offshore placement from way back. If they reported financials, you could go to the Edgars and look back as far as you can for indications of offshorse placement, convertibles, etc. But you cannot.
Another big rule is unverifiable revenues. Has anyone from your thread claimed that they have been to Indonesia and met with PNLK representatives there and have seen installations with their own eyes?
I could go on like this all day long. . . suffice it to say that you have not read the rules of OTC trading as we have learned them on this thread. I have assembled them so that people don't lose all there money trading OTC. I guess I should make it required reading for this thread.
If I were to trade PNLK. . . I would take the largest short position I could. . .and hold it for 6 months.
If the stock goes above 5 dollars, I would run for exits if I held shares long, because it will only take about 6 months to see sub-pennies post-split.
Remember, those that create these companies don't make much money when the stock goes up . . .but they make a KILLING when it drops to nothing.
Please use some of that energy on reading the links that I posted here a few posts back.
