I know Glaser and he will never allow RNWK to be acquired. He owns 50% of the company and believes he is creating the next hugely successful software/Internet giant. He will be very aggressive about his partnerships and strategic alliances, including both with AOL and @Home, but he will not sell his stock to people in Virginia or California whom he considers (with real justification) far less intelligent and visionary than himself.
