Madhur, I took what you posted to someone else to mean that it was not for long term holders but for short term traders. I did download it last night and tried it. I am still trying to figure out if the user is supposed to use the program, then print out the results and submit to the IRS in place of the Schedule D form? Not clear on this.

I use TurboTax Deluxe for home and business; too bad it does not work on conjunction with it to flow the information to Schedule D; or will it?

Thanks for you assistance to all who are trying to figure it all out.
