RE: Setting up a IOM walk in strangle

Steve,

Would like to get your comments and suggestions on my plan for my IOM position for the next month. I am trying to practice your stratergy and am wondering if I've got the basics down. Any improvements to my plan would be appreciated.

IOM is currently just under 17. The March 20 calls closed today at 5/16. I currently have a limit order in to pick them up at 1/4. History shows a consistant upspike in IOM share price just after option expiration. I plan to sell the March 17 1/2 calls when it looks like it is peaking (seems to be strong resistance near 19). Will buy March 15 puts at same time.

Thanks,
Blaine
