You're right about the NYSE stocks--I don't know of any which I perceive as "undervalued," and there are hundreds which, to me, appear to be very richly valued. On the other hand, I do agree that there are some nice bargains in the the NASDAQ (as well as some overpriced stocks).
Regardless, just because there are a lot of stocks, "on sale" at this point, it doesn't mean that they won't be marked down further. As you know, the market has a major tendency to overdo things--both on the upside, and especially the downside. IMO, they haven't "overdone" things on the downside yet. You'll know its time, when everyone is crying and we see BLOOD in the streets. As far as I'm concerned, we aren't even close to firesale prices yet.
