Actually, what I said was that at the annual meeting in February 1998 (for the previous year) Don had said he was in control of approximately 3 million shares - and he outvoted the shareholders present on a couple issues. And, does being in control actually mean he himself has the shares or that he had control through friends, family and associates. However, at this last meeting he said that he actually *owned* 980,000+ shares, less than 1 million .. but with options and warrants added in, it would be close to 2 million. However, with the options and warrants not exercised, his vote should have been less than 1 million - unless he had proxies from the directors and/or large shareholders. This I do not remember.

Also - I do remember that when Don was discussing our past *fiasco* with Scott, he said that he was hurt the worst since he was the largest shareholder. That is when I asked exactly how many shares he owned. Seems to me that less than 1 million is rather weak for a CEO ... and somehow, I would be willing to venture a guess that there might be a shareholder or two (by this time) who owns more than Don.
