Re: You guys will either be RICH or TOAST; here's why:
I write software for a living. I know programmers. We often spend days at a time coding-- breaking only when nature calls. Yes we get paid for our efforts, but the creative challenge is the driving force.
Why is this important to SYCR stockholders: 1) SYCR's first product not only did not work, it was rigged to pretend that it worked. This is why they got sued and lost, bigtime. 2) SYCR's new products were licensed, not developed in-house.
This company did not start as a result of a few programmers coming up with a brilliant idea over a few Jolt colas several years ago. This company was started to cash in on whatever trend would assure them of a hit product. Bottom line, these guys will do whatever it takes to line their pockets with cash.
The problem here is not that SYCR's principals want to make a quick buck, heck, that's the American way (putting aside the lying part, of course). It's how they have gone about getting to this point. They gave away millions of dollars of shares to investors. They gave away millions of dollars of shares to the software developers (not money). And they kept tens of millions of dollars of shares for themselves.
One day, and one day soon, these guys will want greenbacks. And guess who will know when it's the "right" time to sell? Sorry, not you, the everyday shareholder. You all will be trampled in the stampede to the door--- worse yet, you won't even know the door is open because you'll be busy snapping up the shares they leave behind as they exit.
THIS IS NOT A FLAME POST!!! I AM TRYING TO HELP YOU!!!
Several of you have sold and bought back on dips. SMART MOVE. Even better than sound trading strategy it makes you pay attention to every little blip this stock makes. After watching this stock for a few weeks you'll be able to spot the trading anomalies-- the warning signs. For example, why is the spread tightening? What caused the volume to surge like that? Why did the stock close lower on high volume considering the positive news today?
