Excellent post. I find your point exactly on mark and I can't beleive cyber had not addressed this problem earlier. The lack of ability to "sweep the street" is a severe disadvantage and cost traders money every day. My wife lost 2 points trying to get out of a falling issue on Friday for exactly the reason you mention. I can only imagine how much money has been lost because of this feature. I hope it will be corrected promptly.
