I do not understand the silence of this board in vies of recent news.
DSI Israel is UP 30% Sunday .
So some one is taken the price it its offer.
This must be of great significance.
As DSSI by taking private DSI Israel can now fully integrate Powercom
and comverge into a coherent unit.
That it is happening now is signaling that something must be brewing, Otherwise why now, and why buy out a subsidiary, when you need to raise money for comverge marketing.....
