skeets-the fund you be lokin fer imo be the prudent bear fund.not that they have a big tech psoition but i know david and i think they are good.i don't know any other bear mutual funds.i know they exist but have no data.i think there is one with a huge levered bet on the naz100.maybe you could short it.as for ar and his posting record;i just happen to be home today and ahve some time to post .so you all have to suffer...
