Also, I seem to recall in CC that Q is retaining the improved real property where infra is located and leasing same to ericy; so, if in fact $1b, its for the machinery, equip, in process stuff. Recall also, the charge Q will take in respect of the sale in this [?] quarter--hard to see at this point how the accounting treatment will affect the calculation of gain, vendor fin'g hits, etc.
