I agree with Clinton and NATO. Go in and go in hard. Smoke the barbaric little prick where it hurts. The little pantywaist that is worried about a little smoke and the prevailing winds? One California brush-fire creates more pollution than 10 Kosova's. Back behind your mommy's apron you go.
