The DOJ and the State AGs ought to look long and hard at the verdicts rendered in the 2 biggest trials of the 90s (OJ and Clinton).

In both of these cases, the arguments by the prosecution seemed to be very compelling but for reasons unknown to mankind, both OJ and Bill got off the hook.

The latest proposal by the States if the news is accurate, is really quite laughable. They may as well cancel Tuesday's meeting if they are going to be that unreasonable.

Can anyone tell me if MSFT shareholders could file some kind of class action lawsuit against the DOJ and the States?? They are obviously causing MSFT shareholders much harm.
