Hello Peter
I decided not to bug Howard too much Peter as he was running on an extremely tight schedule and was pretty played out last time we spoke. He really never tells you anything on active exploration activities anyway. As I have mentioned, he is very very tight lipped. Frankly, I think it is fair to say that he really doesn't have the inclination or disposition to chat with shareholders at the best of times and probably views such inquiries and interruptions as an annoyance.
If you want the latest, in my opinion you will get more from CJ and possibly KF than anyone else at SUF, but then, they can be hard to reach at least for me up here. They both understand the need shareholders have to be brought up to date and gain a sense of momentum. I don't believe others are as sensitive to such market husbandry.
Howard has been very patient with me over the years and very generous with his geological knowledge. I really don't want to abuse that relationship by badgering when I know full well that he won't say anything anyway.
My best hope in terms of divining news is to get a tid bit here and a bit there, and try to interpret actions and activity as much as anything.
I presume he got off to Toronto as scheduled, but I really don't know. Regardless, I anticipate a NR this week.
Weather wise up here, things have turned back to winter so drilling platforms should remain sound for awhile. After a very pleasant week and a half of +0 temperatures, everything turned to s***t again Friday with the thermometer dropping to -16C last night with wind and light snow yesterday and today. While I am sure the warming trend will be back, I expect today's daytime -6C to be around for at least the better part of this week if not longer and there is still a considerable snow pack untouched by the sun.
Great Northern lights Thursday night! Shimmering rainbows flowing like rivers over Back Bay in front of my house.
Have a good one and good luck next week.
