Oh, come on. First, this is a civil case -- an antitrust prosecution -- that has very little similarity with either the criminal OJ case or the legislative impeachment case. Secondly, the prosecution in both those cases was inept. In both cases, the prosecution deserved to lose after facing a very good defense. In this case, it's the defense that has been inept, and it deserves to lose because of that.
