I think Irwin and Rich mean well, but this deal was proposed by other sections of Q.. I don't think Irwin and Rich thought about the HUMAN side
of this until the friday mtgs. I know Irwin has a heart. He's a good man! He'll talk to you in the elevator just like a real person, not some snob.

The propaganda-types will probably send out more threatening email tomorrow: "Shut Up or else!" Or another SD Union article: 'QC Clamps

Ironic, coming from a communications company.

Yes: there's a lot of greed and thoughts of money going around right now. Some of us were planning families & children, based on those stock
option grants. Cars, houses, patios. But proportionately: those at the top (how many VPs do we have now? Directors?) that's NOTHING
compared to what the elite are making off all this. I'm going to lose $105,000 (based on friday's close). That's probably 1% of the shares that will
vest for one single 'VP of things beginning with L' come next April.

Speaking of options: we have other options.

Speak up, QC. Be professional. Be civil. Unless you just don't care.
