Thanks Chuck. Still one things is not clear to me. Intellectual property-conflict of interest between NXCO and Cognetix. Dr. Olivera has several patents on natural conotoxin peptides (omega included). The earliest one is P#4,447,356 (1984)-broad coverage of conotoxins. NXCO develop library of amino acid sequence modified conotoxins (conopeptides)-SNX. There are possibility of patent litigation between Dr.Olivera (University of Utah) and NXCO. Miljenko
