You are correct if Prinvest were extending credit to Wireless USA. In fact, they are not.

Prinvest is an asset based lender using accounts receivable as collateral. This means, in essence, Prinvest is extending credit to Wireless USA's customers. It is practically the only form of credit that a company with very bad credit can get, and needless to say, it is very expensive.
