Dustin, have you called Pac Bell regarding availability of DSL at your address in the Richmond district? I live in Noe Valley and was advised that it is available at my address. I'm just waiting for them to iron out all the kinks as I've read in the Chronicle that PB fired the contractors who were delivering DSL due to all kinds of issues including missed appointments and poor service.
