SO, the market as measured by the a-d line has declined since January 6th, while the market averages have managed to come back to and slightly exceed the Jan 8th highs. The internet stocks, the fliers du jour, are doing anywhere from well to poorly. How would you categorize this "bull" market on a scale from 1 -10? BULL BULL BULL or ..... V
